The Blackstone Griddle is one of the latest cooking gadgets gaining popularity among home chefs everywhere. People are making everything on the griddle from at-home hibachi, to traditional pancakes for breakfast.
What makes the Blackstone so special is its cold rolled steel cooking surface. It’s similar to a cast iron but easier to clean than a traditional cast iron. They are also known to be durable and last for years.
Due to its flat cooking surface, I also think the Blackstone is easier to use than a traditional grill. There’s no need to worry about getting a fire started before use. It’s no wonder people everywhere want to get their hands on one!
